no, you can drive as much as you want in your own vehicle, youre trusted to know whenh you are too tired to drive.

ita a good question ,,,,probbably no set pattern , drivning after a night shift is a bit hazardus ,,i know from my own experience ,,,,,, i used to take a short 15 minute power nap ..... before completing my 10 mile journey back to my place after a night shift .....
