wat are your chances of what? you dont need a court order to get her in a nursery
Question Author
my chances of getting a sole residency order. her not being in nursery means there is not a strong settlement which could possibly go against me
think to be honest if she is settled then the most you'll get it prehaps what you already have.plus prehaps weekends.
Why do you need to go back to court for this can't you and the childs dad come to an agreement over this as it has to be better than going through court.
Why remove her from where she is unless shes being harmed or at risk from harm.

well i have tried but he says he doesn't want to be aweekend dad. i feel that since him and his partner are expecting soon she would be getting the attention she needs compared to when she is with me. i am her mother and a child needs its mother. this was never meant to be a long term thing and about being settled. i have not been an ubsent parent she has been with me for periods of months in a role.
im afraid your "child needs a mother" argument dosent work, becaus they also need a father
