Hi i am a non resident mother with a court order or contact. my contact is as follows 3 weekends in every 4 5pm fri untill 5pm sun alternate xmas and birthday and half of all school holidays. It states who ever has her xmas the other parent has boxing day so he had her xmas this year but then didnt allow me to ahve her untill 5pm boxing day is this fair?
also he has stopped me seeing her for the first 2 weekends in jan saying first that she was on school holiday so my weekends didnt count ( but i would have been entiled to half of this ) so then he changed his story and said its because he was rearraging the weekends so her birthday falls on my weekend but that has to happen by agreement of both partys and it would have fallen on my weekend anyway?so it got to the 16th last night when he said i could have her and i went to collect he said as i had moved and only informed his solicitor and not the court i cant have her untill i tell the court and sent me away i dont know what to do?
