If you get knocked over by a car is it normal for it to be dragged through court like the Amir Khan case? What was the point of it? Did the man who hurt his leg want money or a driving ban or what? Did he get a fine or something for admitting to driving too fast? How badly was he injured for him to still be in pain? Didn't this happen some time ago?

It happened 7 months ago - this is quite normal as he pleaded not guilty to dangerous driving..

It only got the media attention because he is 'famous'.

oh right. Thanks
If a driver sped through a red light and ran me down I would certainly hope that he'd be 'dragged through the Courts'. Unless of course you think that speeding, jumping red lights and running down pedestrians is ok?

I guess thats 'the point of it'.
