hope im in the right part?!
Am hoping someone could help me... im currently employed & work 35 hours a week, im thinking of getting a part time evening job but want to know how much tax i will be paying with a second job????

please help thanx x

Its not possible to tell you definitely, because it depends on your total earnings and whether you are in or out of the Second State Pension.
However, if you are earning in total less than about �34k pa., then you would lose 22% for tax and 11% for NI.
So say about one third in total.

You will only pay the 11% national Insurance on earnings over �97 a week in the second job. That is unless the 2 employers are connected in some way.
