i am only after a rough quote but how much do you think a person would need to fill shelves in a medium to small sized newsagent?

It does rather depend what sort of magazines you intend to stock.

As well as the obvious ones, there are plenty of VERY specialised ones which obviously have a high cover price and accordingly will cost a lost more.

There are a lot of adverts on this site and some contain stock valuations to give you a rough idea. They do vary quite a bit though.
