I claim family tax credit. and my 16 year old daughter is planning to go to college in sept. it is a full time course but it is only for 3 days a week. she will also be working a full time job. (36 hrs a week).do I have to inform the family tax office, that she will be working? and should the csa also be informed

For Child Tax Credit to be paid the child/young person must not be in remunerative work. So yes, you must tell them & the tax credit will stop.

I expect the same will apply to CSA but am not certain.
