Child Consent form!

I'm planning on travelling to mainland Europe with my 7 year old daughter, who lives with her mum, later this year. Do I need a parental consent form from her mum to take her out of the country, obviously she is aware of the intention to take her abroad! If I do need some form of consent from her mother what details should it have and would it be advisable to get a solicitor to draw up the form?
