I agreed to the sale of our former home after my ex and I divorced and awarded the ex majority of the proceeds. That proceeds was to be used a deposit to purchase a property for our kids to provide a secured accommodation. A year on, no such property has been purchased. Can I make an application to the court for a residence Order since the kids have no secured accommodation? Is this a valid reason?
