Girlfriend came to UK on settlement VISA from Brazil fell pregnant. Relationship ended due to problems regarding girlfriends drug and behavioural problems, mental health disorders and aggressive and violent nature. Applied and granted Non Molestation Order against her.

Applied for Residence Order and Emergency Protection Order removing child at birth into my custody. After being served with my application girlfriend leaves country for Brazil. She now has UK VISA and only goes to Brazil to avoid court proceedings but has told court she wanted and still wants to live in uk. Permission not given by me for my child to live in Brazil.

Asked for court to return child now born in Brazil under Hague convention, but told child not abducted as foetus can not be abducted. Although judge gave me permission to appeal the decision.

Any ideas???

Its a bit late now, but for future reference dont get involved with Brazilian women. Its amazing how many of them "accidentally" fall pregnant to British Blokes, then come over, screw them for money and f off back to Brazil with the kids.

Seriously, i personally know of several people where exactly the same thing happened.. and before any of these happened, a brazilian girl i used to work with, told me the girls there are brought up by their mothers to in her words "catch a rich man in any way they can"..

Be warned!
