I had an agreement to sell an online games account to an individual who i gave access to, before i recieved payment. He choose to pay a subscription for the account to the games company, without asking me. When he didnt pay for ownership of the account, in an acceptable period, i reclaimed it. He is claiming im commiting a crime in not giving him the subscription fee back, even though i have no intention of using the account.

Firstly, does the terms of the account allow you to sell it to a third party?

No, but would using that fact work against me or the purchaser in another case.

I was thinking that as he made the choice to pay the subscription then i surely cant be held responsible to refund it to him because he failed to complete the original, and yes contrary to the tos, transaction.
