i would think you would have to appear in court for it,i think its too far over the limit for a fixed penalty notice,im sure one of our people who think they are solicitors on here will give you a 8 page explanation later today.

You would receive a summons to appear in court. Normally that speed will win you the week's special offer of a driving ban.
