On Line Shopping

just clicked on sainsburys online shopping so i could add a few
items that are needed, only to find that there were only two slots left
Tuesday next. Has it really come to this, people perhaps panic
buying. Normally i can get a slot next day... crikey.
have you had any problems with online shopping...

I tried all the supermarkets Tesco had the shortest wait but they have just emailed me saying those with pre paid passes will have priority. Morrison's had the longest wait for a slot at 8 days,

according to their slots there are none until end of month, either there is something wrong with their
system or people have gone into overdrive....

Even with a prepaid pass I have to wait till next Friday

i have a prepaid pass as well, two slots only in two weeks, bonkers...

I'm on a delivery plan with Tesco so for £3.50 a month I get deliveries on Tuesdays, Wednesday and Thursday for no extra charge. I will have to put my shopping through today to guarantee it for Tuesday at the time I want. That's usually the case.

I have just been in the shop and I feel sorry for anyone expecting a delivery today, The shelves are virtually empty not just toilet roll either! expect lots of "out of stock"

no the pickers put the order together in the store on that day which is why the order can be subject to changes based on stock level and availability
