I ordered through Amazon, on 13th July last year, a kettle from a company named MPL Home...
Last week it started to play up....wouldn't always switch on....
I phoned the company on Friday....not really hopeful as it was days from the end of the guarantee......spoke to a super chap....
Discontinued line but he had some in his warehouse with battered boxes....he'd check one and send it to me....no need to send the faulty one back.....as long as I dispose of it responsibly....
Perfect kettle arrived today........good, no hassle service...... :-)
