This is a theft intent case and the final disposition states. Conditional discharge 12months....Supervision term/discharge. What does that exactly mean?

A Conditional Discharge in England and Wales involves no immediate punishment for an offence. However, if any other offence is committed within the period of the discharge (which cn be between six months and three years) then punishment can be imposed not only for the new offence but also for the offence for which the Conditional Discharge was imposed.

Some other terms in your question ("theft intent" and "final disposition") leads me to believe your question does not relate to the law in England and Wales.

Yeah I agree this doesnt sound like english law
and that is the only one we deal with quite honestly
