Perverting The Course Of Justice

Last year I was prosecuted for fraud. The only evidence against me was the word of two other people. The case went to trial at my request in Crown Court. The prosecution presented its case and then called the two prosecution witnesses who contradicted each other, the statements they had made to the police and could not explain away evidence that supported the defence when questioned by the defence barrister. The prosecution dropped the case without any further prosecution witnesses being called which, were the investigating officer and an individual who could only confirm facts that were not disputed and would have supported the defence, or any defence witnesses. The motive for the allegations was to attempt to avoid a debt owed to me. I have since successfully pursued the two prosecution witnesses through the County Court and recovered a sum that was 10 times the value of the alleged fraud. The fact is though that they are guilty of 'perverting the course of justice'. Why they haven't been prosecuted, I don't know. The judge waived aside my the defence barristers suggestion that they should be prosecuted and neither the police of CPS have done anything about it. Which, is the best way to try and get them prosecuted? Can I make a complaint to the Police or should I write to the CPS with my evidence?

correction 'or' having seen what my evidence actually is.
.

point taken NNN and Nailit being different

their posts make pretty horrific reading - at one point it was unrolling in real time as an awful slow motion car crash ....
I accept your apology misssilly and will reflect on whether I come into teh seriously deluded category along with barmaid, NewJudge, and probably Buenchico, Buildersmate, Bibblebub, scorpiojo, dannyk etc
how would you expect any random internet stranger to have seen your evidence? NJ seemed to have answered your q pretty comprehensively to me (about what to do next)
It might be an idea to actually pay for advice and take all your evidence with you.
umm I was thinking that

but the question is predicated on how does she get maximum impact for little or no outlay.....something we all want really
You already seem to think you are in full possession of all the necessary knowledge to take your case forward and have dismissed the points raised and opinions expressed by posters who are genuine legal professionals. It would seem that there isn't anything anyone here can assist you with.

Who exactly is deluded? And why are you so rude?
Unbelievable

Sherradick. I did not ask about the validity of my case. I asked if it was possible to bypass the police and go directly to the CPS. No one answered my question.
I will report your last post, Lilly- the Editor's statement states that in this section "Please refrain from being rude, abusive or judgemental"
I've already reported two of them, ff
Question: Which, is the best way to try and get them prosecuted?

answer: Go make an appointment with a legal advisor of your choice

Question: Can I make a complaint to the Police or should I write to the CPS with my evidence?

Answer : Part one: No Part Two nothing ventured nothing gained

Sherrardick? Ha! PMSL best 'typo' of my name yet.
you have had answers you just do not seem to like them.
All you can do is present your evidence to the police and see if they consider that there is sufficient to ask the CPS to reconsider prosecution.
The company in my first link will look at your evidence and if it looks viable will help you present it to the police , read it!.
However it will cost you around £250 an hour.
Despite your 'extensive research', in reality the prospect of getting you costs paid by 'court funds' are very low. The entire funding structure for criminal cases has recently been changed and massively reduced, you stand next to no chance of getting a case like this funded . So you are going to need at least £50,000 just to start the case.
Remember 'The Law , like the Ritz Hotel, is open to all! You just need the cash
Yes, on a par with beldick and fuctor
NO you CAN NOT bypass the police and go direct to the CPS!!!
The ONLY way is via the police!
