I think you will struggle to find anything sadly, even the Student Union Card deals are for 21 plus.
Put her on your car insurance. Loan her the family car. Loan one for yourself for the period.
temporary car insurance? can do by the day week month etc,My son is a learner (17) and I have a cliosport and he can take insurance out in his own name on it for £75 for a month on a provisional licence with collingwood learners which i dont think is bad considering letting a learner loose in a 2l car .

I asked to add him to my existing policy and was told that they no longer allow parents to add children under 25 to their policy as a named driver .So I think maybe looking at temporary insurance is the way forward and insure her for your car (providing you are not using it) for 2 weeks ,just search it on google
Apologies I read the title and clearly didn't read the post as carefully as I ought. Will they not insure her for hire car only or both hire and family car regardless ? Surprised if she can't be added to yours. It's not like she'll be the permanent main driver.

As Tebbit would say, "Get her a bike".
Run her around for a fortnight?

Thanks for your answers. Someone else suggested it would be cheaper to fork out for taxis than get her a car for the holidays... hay ho.. I should have won £108 mil last weekend... ;-)
