Result! Good job the judge didn't know what you thought of him or her, or you might not have got it.

I think the judge is well aware of what people think of him Fred. He's well known for been a harsh sentencer and regularly gets a lot of flak in my local newspaper online forums for going over the top in sentencing. I must have been lucky yesterday.
I've never commented on any of your previous posts because I'm not qualified, but I've been reading them.

Well pleased for you. Now try and stay out of bother. Good luck matey.
Form filling is a bore for everybody. Grin and bear it. Good luck in the future. If you are tempted, come back to us.
Welcome back nailit - keep talking to us!
Glad to see you didn't get a custodial sentence, we were all concerned when you weren't around yesterday.

Try to put this all behind you (as much as you can anyway), and move on with your life.

Good luck!

Thank you so much everybody.
nice one, nailit.....be sure you are getting any help or support that you need in the future. see your gp or ask to be referred to your local mental health team - you can always see the duty person on shift if things get tough. i'm glad that you are still around! we are always here for you if you need it too. lisa x
Well done, I was very hopeful you would not get a custodial sentence. The probation service should help you get over your problems , that's what they are supposed to do anyway. Make use of them tell them about what help you need.

Thanks EDDIE, Youve given me much advice over the the last year. Hope the probation service can be of use as welll
Icg, thank you for your support also although my local mental health support team are as about much use as rubber lips on a woodpecker. Was in a psychiatric hospital at the start of this year and heard nothing from them since (tho I was suppososed to have done, even after ringing them up) give it up as a bad job.
Thanks anyways guys.
You have nailed it, nailit. :)
Get the probation service to chase up the hospital , they might listen to them. Probation is supposed to be on your side and help you get 'back on track' . Get probation to help with your housing problems as well, make the buggers work for their money.
Nailit - build on this.

Ask for advice from your supporters, even from here - there's an immense wealth of legal advice from the likes of Barmaid and New Judge, medical advice from Sqad and those who have experience depression and whatever, others too as to employment, social issues, finance and banking and all the rest.

You have a second chance.

Thank goodness that you aren't confined.

Use this chance - please.

I am sure you will.

LOL society,
EDDIE, I fully intend to make the probation work for their money and get out of it what I can tho I really arnt that bothered about them chasing up the hospital as the mental health services around here have a reputation for been useless. In fact last year the local coroner ordered an investigation as to why the local suicide rate was sky rocketing....if the mental health team bothered returning your calls it might help!
DTC I have already received loads of support and advice on here and will continue using this chance. Dont fancy going prison again. Prisons are full of tattooed, skin head, thugs...and thats just the screws!!!

Nailit, that's priceless. You've made my day.
Love that answer as well nalit.
As I have said I have worked in a prison and it is too near the truth for comfort, I distance myself though , I hate tattoos and my hair is 2 or 3 inchs long.
