A judge has ordered that the husband buys out the wife. As the husband cannot afford to buy the wife out, the house is on market for sale. However, the husband has not been making payments on the mortage which is in joint names even though he lives there. Can the wife ask the court to deduct the payments from the husband's salary? If so what form should the wife complete? Both parties have no solicitors.
