Had a sleep this afternoon, to prepare for my night shift. Sent the kids off, and went into work... only to be told I wasn't working! Apparently, someone was supposed to ring me and let me know the rota had changed... Grrr.

So, I now have an empty house. What to do? Bit of X Factor, I think.

My washing machine packed up a few weeks back, took ages to repair, then packed up again, and had to have it repaired again. I've been catching up with the back log.

Noooo they can't do that Bluestone. Imagine if, having committed to the rota, you decided to change your shift with no notice? Surley it works both ways. Make a fuss I would.
