Yes - temp agencies provide temps only, recruitment agencies find both temp and permanent work.

Some agencies can be such time wasters. Many just add you to their data base and forget about you. They do nothing you could have done yourself. eg They scour the situations vacant columns of the press etc.

yes, and also some of the firms you get sent to offer perm contracts to people they want to keep after a period of temp work! x
