USA recruitment sites

I am looking to move to the usa. I need some employment agencies/ recruitment sites to search.
I also need to know more about what I need to move over ie. greencard, visa etc. I have a British passport and a Degree in financial management. I would like to know what type of salary to expect and what the cost of living is in the usa. I am interested in moving to Florida, Texas or Nevada.

If I could please get possible contact numbers, etc. to do my research.

In order to get a greencard you have to first of all be sponsored by a US company, they must fund the application and the basis has to be that you are doing a job for them that they can't get a US citizen to fill (they must prove they've advertised it a certain amount etc).

It's not impossible, but very very difficult, costs a bomb and must be renewed every so often so it's not "i'll just live there because I want to". Law and accountancy are good routes.

The other way is to marry an American...
