Got the above on contract from virgin mobile. Had to be repaired within two weeks as it kept switching itself off and had to be charged up twice a day. It has been sent back with new software and battery. Now it the new problem is that text messages keep failing. They told me to take the battery out and replace it to correct the problem which failed to today. Because the texts work occasionally theres nothing they can do. Are they right do i have to put up with a Sugar phone then only texts when it feels like it? (posted i 2 topics)

I would demand a replacement phone under the 1979 Sale of Goods Act.
Did you let the battery run down 2 or 3 times when you first got it?

How long have you had the phone now?
