Dear all ... can you help i am waiting to find out if i am going to be charged for abh that happened on April 6 and i was not arested for till june 18 . i was then set on bail till 20 of july ..... and then again was informed that the cps have not made there minds up and have now been given a date on 17 august . you can look at my first links to see about the case . my Q to you all is i have a holiday booked in a months time ..... if they set the next bail to this date when i am away or decide that i will be charged and they take it to court hoew do i stand ? you views would help me so thank you all in advance .
