Hi, can you tell me if you are on licence, are you allowed to go on holiday abroad ? Im sure ive read some where that people have been allowed. thanks
prev my friend turn up for his cousin job. he left England and went to his native country due to personal problem back home

Ummmm is correct, the Probation Service supervises prisoners released from prison under licence, the standard conditions require them to live at an approved address and not travel outside the UK.

While each licence is individual, there are some terms which are common to all of them. That includes a restriction on leaving the country. While such a restriction could be varied it would only normally occur under very exceptional circumstances (e.g. to visit a dying relative).
