Now that my MIL has gone into a home permanently, how do In fill the form in thats come to her house. Ive looked right through it and no where does it have a box you can tick if the house is unoccupied. Its still in her name until sold but she wont be going back, and the only time it mentions about if you are away from your home on the night of the census, ie on holiday, to fill it in when you get back. Nothing about the fact that youre NOT going back .I rang up the help line which is AUTOMATED and it states the same. Why cant you deal with a real person on the other end of the phone for times like this.
Can anyone help me on this please as I know (at least I think ) there are real people on here
