I am having problems at work with someone who is behaving in a very unpleasant way towards me. The problem is I cannot afford to leave the job and they know it and I think that it is making them behave worse because of it. Who can I contact to report something like this or just get some advice? I am no shrinking violet but his behaviour is becoming intolerable and I am dreading each and every day. Any advice please?

While you are waiting for official action, why not get revenge by gluing their coffee cup to the desk, swapping a few of the letters round on their keyboard (N and M are best), forwarding their phones on without their knowledge and so on.

Do you know where they live, why not send taxis, pizzas, unsolicited junk mail etc

None of which is mature behaviour but it will make you feel better.
kick him in the knackers and hope for the best! he might respect u 4 it in the end!!!
