i am having a problem with my neighbour at the moment she is 84 and will find something 2 moan about everyday. things got that bad a few years back as she started to acuse my kids of things etc, we had a harrassment order against her but that has ran out and the police are now saying it is not 2 do with them. we are both private residents so cannot get council involved. the other week my staff dog got into her garden because she cannot be bothered to get her fence fixed, it is hers and i cannot get it fixed. she did not like my dog being in her garden and let it out of her front door which then he got run over! a few weeks later the dog go back in2 the garden as she still hasnt bothered 2 get the fence fixed and she took his colllar off apparently as proof that the dog went in2 her garden the police arrived and said there is nothing that they can do as it is a civil matter,,can any1 help with what i can do as it is getting behond a joke and it is not fair on my children to have the polce round every minutes many thanks.

Sometimes things on this site just make you shake your head.

Why on earth would you stick a complaint on the site asking for advice (fundamentally about how to keep the dog out of the garden since for all its length there's nothing else in the original post), get the advice required (which incidentally was really really obvious) and then take offence at it being given? What is the point?
Well said Skyline , I think lsharp wanted people to say bad things about the old lady

No, I don't think I have 'naighboors', although I'd need a definition to be 100% sure.
