won a tribunal case for non payment of holiday pay....is the money i am due subject to tax and national insurance????have been told it is an award for damages for non payment of holiday pay and is therefore non taxable.....the tribunal summary does not indicate if it is subject to tax or ni it just awarded me the gross amount..

Based on a case I've just been involved in, expect to pay tax & NI
If this is holiday pay then you should pay tax and NI.
