My landlord divorces and she sales the house to her husband who wants to live in the house now. Consaquently she says that i have to leave the house before one month but the end of the contract is in june. So is it legal to oblige me to leave the house before the end of the contract signed by me and her.

If you have an assured shorthold tenancy then they need to give you 2 months notice but yes, they can end the contract before it expires. Same way that you could if you won the lottery and wanted to leave and buy a mansion.
If you have a contract, read it & see what it says about the landlord giving you notice to vacate the premises
If your tenancy is for a fixed term which expires in June and there is nothing in the contract to give the landlord a right to end it earlier then it is probably not possible to end it earlier. However, there are some unusual situations so this can't be stated categorically. Take the contract to your local CAB for advice.
definitely get advice

ending the contract should erm be in the contract.

Then she has to follow it. The letter should tell you you cannot be forced to move without a court order. Evicting a tenant without one is harassment. WHen she applies for a court order defend it and say you will be caused great hardship if you move. You can get a 42 d extension. This takes you to Aug 14th I think.

Also point out that no matter how sad her divroce is for everyone, that doesnt change contracts which have been concluded beforehand all of which run their legal course.

Are you subletting a room ? You definitely need advice.

why not say - I will move if you give me 250 ?
