my ex want to go and see my daughters doctors im not sure of his motives is he able to book an appointment to do this?

he can book a appointment,but whether the doctor would talk to him about your daughter,without her or you being there is a different matter,check with the surgery.
If he is your ex-husband or your daughter was born after 1st December 2003 if you never married, he has parental responsibility and has the same rights as you regarding your daughter.
Being divorced does not affect his parental responsibility status.

The gp will not be able to break patient confidentiality if your daughter is of an age to visit the gp herself however.
