Why are you a fussy eater? I would be sick if I ate the same foods day in day out.

Try Rosemary Conley Diet and Fitness magazine. It's not free but she does a lot of GI based diet recipes.

tiggerblue 10- I don't eat the same foods day in day out, i just don't like some foods like meat and some veg. also its not really a life choice to be fussy its just always been that way.
I have been advised by a Nurse at my Doctor's surgery to try GI index.
Is the Rosemary Conley magazine expensive?

mcfluff- Thank you for the link its very helpful.
Sorry Philandlil. I didn't mean to upset you. It's just that I've been watching a lot of programs about fussy eaters lately and one particular person ate only chips for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Obviously that is an extreme example of a fussy eater which I found quite disturbing.

The magazine is 2.50 per month. You can check her website as well.

tiggerblue10- you didn't upset me, i could have probably worded it better. I have seen those programmes and i'm not that bad, but i'm lucky to find 2 main meals that i could eat on a menu if i eat out!
