Has anyone here tried the Dukan diet plan and if so did it work?
I'm thinking of giving it a go,it seems a lot easier than the Atkins to stick to.

I'm on day 4 of my 5 day attack phase now. So far it has been very easy to stick to, with virtually no food cravings or hunger pangs. You can see how I'm getting on with it on my Dukan diet blog: http://dukan-diet.info

Beer is high in carbs, and cookies, scorpio.
i couldn't go up to ten days without fruit or vegetables, i have 4 or 5 portions a day.
And you moan about food Molly?
About the unhealthy junk my dad feeds me i do. If it were left to him and him alone, we'd hardly ever have vegetables with our main meal.

But i can quite easily eat 4/5 portions a day. piece off ruit at break, another with my lunch, half a plate of various vegetables for my tea and then sometimes custard and grapes/banana/apple about 8 or 9pm.
So don't moan about food then.....some people cannot afford to eat that much fruit and veg.
I've just finished my, very manly, attack phase. 5 days and I lost 4lbs. Today I got to eat veg again. Although I didn't find the attack phase hard, and wasn't hungry or craving food, I almost shed a tear of joy (man tears) when I ate a piece of grilled onion that fell out my spicy turkey wrap. lol
It does work but is not just a diet, Its a Lifestyle :)

Yes it seems easier than Atkins as its more friendly to meat lovers!
