What sauce or condiment could you not live without?

I simply couldn't live without Heinz salad cream or hot chilli sauce.

Den... you can't beat brown sauce on a bacon sarnie. I don't think I've had a bacon sarnie for about 5 years tho.

I used to buy this amazing tartare sauce called Elsenham in my local health food store, but I can't find it anymore :-(
Hellmans mayonaise.
Horseradish definitely
Must be the only one prudie,on reflection would miss salt..

Full fat, Dot, or the weak version? I like the olive oil version myself.

I love Wasabi with sushi... when it doesn't burn right through my sinuses.
Being posh I also like tartare sauce in my fish finger sandwiches....

You're making me drool, Craft. I had a yoghurt for my dinner.
The hot thai sweet chillie dip thingy... And salsa... and guacamole... and peanut butter... and homous.... and pesto... oh, best not forget marmite....
Tell me about it NoM.......my summer clothes are a bit tight so I'm on the cornflake diet for a couple of weeks.......I'm sick of the bloody sight of them and I've still 10 days to go....
Used to go a bundle on Lea & Perrins too but I now make my own by putting baby plum toms in a teeny dish, wash the toms but do not dry nor cut, add soft dark brown sugar, white pepper and salt and a copious amount of good balsamic vinegar. Cook in a slow oven until the toms burst their skins - pour the juice over the meat of your choice. Simple and very delicious (as are the toms)

Oh I love thai sweet chilli sauce. I always add some of my mother's homegrown hot buggers and blend it. Evil !

And I adore peanut butter. I often use it to make Satay sauce for king prawn skewers.
Oooohhh...Thai sweet chilli sauce!...and (I hate to say this) Hellmans LITE mayo....can't eat the full fat one any more.
As for wasabi...it HAS to burn my sinuses...that's the whole point.innit????

I just couldn't be bothered to cook, Craft. I went to tesco to get a hot chicken and they'd sold out so I bought a 4-pack of Rachels Organic Yoghurts instead. I'm really into those right now.

So does the Cornflake plan work then?
