hi all...hope it's a good day for everyone?

I'm wanting to do a diploma in medical secretary work. The two diplomas most jobs ask for is an AMSPAR or RSA3. Bth those courses seem to be exhorbitant - (pitmans training offering it at £3800.00)

Any other ideas where I can do the course or alternatives that may be suitable?#

Thanks

I did the AMSPAR course through my local college. I didn't have to pay either, my son was just starting school and I was keen to get back to work. It was fantastic! So my advice would be to get in touch with your local college and see what is available, good luck!!! x

thanks katie

i've spoken to amspar directly (how helpful they are) and i am going to sit the exams directly without going to college ( I already work in that line but want the proper qualifications to progress career wise) . Am so glad you enjoyed the course, well done for getting back to studying!
