Hi Guys

I am currently a self employed UK resident who has been working in the Media Industry on and off for about 2 years. My dream has always been to work in the US media industry but I am having trouble finding ways to get over there. I don't have tons of money to just get up, fly over and try find something when I'm there. And obviously it is easier for US employers to just employ an american citizen. I've looked into work placement but it all seems to be for US students. Does anybody have an ideas/similar experiences??

This question keeps cropping up and Buenchico is far better at answering it than me.
However, unless you fall into a special category (minority group under-represented) you cannot enter the US, then expect to start applying for work.
