i work 7 and half hour days- only one, one hour break. all my other jobs and my friends jobs you get two 10 minute breaks also, is there i law for breaks allowed?

I work the same and get 1 hours unpaid break and two 20 minute paid breaks, is your hours break paid or unpaid?

me too, i get one 15 min break paid and the half hour lunch unpaid.

Working time regulations state that every worker over 18 is entitled to a minimum of one 20 minute break for every shift of more than 6 hours. So you are getting more than the minimum.
