Ok. I have an interview tomorrow and I'm not nervous at all. I panicked for a second just then when I couldn't find my nice black trousers that went with my suit jacket.. but turned out I just didn't look properly the first time. (Yes I know its like 12:40am and I am getting my outfit ready).

Does anyone have any good interview tips?

Friends can't understand why i don't like night clubs and wine

Breathe!!...and take into account,that some of the panel could be doing this for the first time,and might be just as nervous as you :-)

Ahh Ruby just be yourself and smile! Have a few examples in your head for when you showed good customer service and teamwork and that you are a quick learner and strive on new challenges etc. You will be absolutely fine and dandy. Big huge lucky interview hug !! XXXXX

Thanks guys. I don't feel nervous but I hate feeling unprepared. Thats what I feel like now coz I haven't really thought about the interview all week. Damn. I will need to think of some good questions too.

Breathe slow and deep, this slows your heart rate down thus you become more relaxed.

Sometimes when you are nervous you are focusing on the nerves which makes it worse. A good technique is tensing one muscle (obviously one that isn't visible) like your leg. When you feel anxious, you feel out of control so you focus on something you have control over it will take your focus away from the anxiety.

Thanks Flash. Thats a good idea. I actually have some herbal anti-anxiety things somewhere. I might take one before the interview. They don't space you out. Just calm you down.

Another one Ruby- if they ask what your weaknesses are say that you can be too thorough at times. Like the flash says breath slow and deep and take a pause before you answer a question just shows you are thinking about it properly. Oooh Im all nervous for you !!! The suit sounds perfect too xxx

Lol. Thanks Spk. I do tend to answer to quickly. I know that, coz I just say whats in my head! Oh sh!t.. Now I'm worried. Lol.

Black suit.. means 'power' but a softer colour of shirt underneath it. Perhaps just white as its clean and crisp.

Ooh smell the sweat eh? Damn. Couldn't you have invited me and left ya perfect man at home?
