I have just been for an interview and feel it went rather well. They asked some rather on the spot questions such as "give an example of when you made a decision that affected your firm" and "when was the last time you praised a colleague for something". This was my first interview for 4 years and now I'm worried just in case I do get called back for a second interview what could they possibly ask this time and how can I prepare for it?

Sounds like the type of questions they use in "competency based interviews", there are quite a few websites with info on types of questions and how to prepare for them. Good luck
