Of course I don't feel respected in the care home

Are you just thinking out loud here Abbey. There seems no structure to your questions or points.

Question Author

Yeah I live close to the care home now feeling forced to get another job as not enough hours

Do you have anyone at home or friends to discuss these things with?

We seem to go round in circles.

Have you left HB?

Abbey, someone has to say this - the only reason you have been 'forced' to look elsewhere is because the care home felt you couldn't cope with full-time hours and cut yours way, way down.

Question Author

I do full days when they're short

And? Would it help if we were to lie and say you've been treated badly or unfairly by this employer ( and the other one who failed your probation)?

Instead of trying to get the sympathy of strangers you need to sort out what's important and what you can do.

You say you are 'forced' to look for another job, but you already have a second job at HB and you are asking them for days off (which was declined) and now asked for a whole week off(unpaid).

HB will soon get tired of your requests......

I can only repeat what I and others have said, time after time : Tell your Mum and discuss your problem with her. There may be frustration or tears but it is the best way forward.

Question Author

No I know I get you I've got 2 weeks to look for another job before going back. What important is settling and getting a job that's treating me fairly

As far as I can see not one of your jobs has treated you unfairly- quite the opposite in fact.

Question Author

Mcdonalds did, warehouse replaced me beforw failing my probation and manager was horrible to me my current colleuges are nice I'm going off my supervisor slightly

Abbey/ do you have any hobbies as you seem to spend a lot of time talking on AB about your work worries?  What else do you do in your spare time?

I'm sure you'll make your bed and lie in it.

You pick jobs that require a high level of enthusiasm and oomph something you seem to lack giving the feedback you have received.

as for the comment about letting you go before failing your probation- that's the point of probation so they can get rid of you as soon as it's clear you are not performing.

So you're taking 2 weeks unpaid leave from HB? Even though you have only been there a few weeks? It seems they have been very fair to you. But I think they realise you probably won't come back and they are planning accordingly.

Were you working at HB today(Saturday) before your two weeks off ?

Question Author

Yes dog walking but i dont get paid for it.

Yes they are I mean the card home I'm not I'm getting treated fairly and gone off supervisor.

I mean they replaced me before failing my probation with an ex employee.
