I’m currently in the hospital and have been for the past week due to surgery and further minor things branching from that. I get blood drawn around twice a day for lab work, but for whatever reason I am just impossible to stick. The past week of dealing with this has bruised up nearly the entirety of my non-IV arm and caused me two panic-attacks and I don’t want to keep dealing with it. Can’t I just tell them no?

For what reason are they drawing blood?
If it's going to be done for a while ask about having a line put in so it's more or less like turning on a tap.
Yes. You have the right to say no but why do you need the blood tests twice a day. You could ask for a Heparin Lock to be put in for blood to be drawn from. Depending where your IV is they could also put a lock on that to get blood. Speak to the nurse in charge first and then your doctor
yes.
straight answer yes you can

you say "I do not want you to draw blood thank you"

Does it cause Absolute Chaos? doesnt matter - you have the right to do it
Can’t I just tell them no?
yup
It might be a good idea to find out exactly why they are taking blood. There might be a quite reasonable explanation.
