Hello everyone! I have to write an email to university professor and want to tell him i can't use online portal and please register me for course by email. Please can someone proofread my email. thank you.

I registered in (course name) and my enrollment number is -----, I’m trying to register for course on unison (online portal) but having some difficulties to use that and I cannot see “apply” option. I would like to ask you if you could register me for "course name", and please share class timings and schedule with me so I can attend my class.

'Enrolment' not 'enrollment'. At least that seems to be the case in UK English; maybe not in USA English.
