work 12 hour shift.
currently get two 20min breaks.
manager says that is all im entitled to.
is he correct?

Yes. You are actually only entitled to one so you are getting more than the minimum.

I mean entitled to one 20 minute break
is that all you get:-i work for a local council and a 12hr shift consists of 1x15 min break every 4 hours=i am sure that is the law now.
and a 1 hour dinner break..
change your job
I agree with ( northboy ) on an 8 hour shift you are entitled to as follows : 2 10 minute breaks as well as 1 hour meal break. and in an 12 hour work shift your are entitled to as follows : 2 15 minute breals as well as a 1 hour meal break......They are not treating you farely and can get into a lot of legal labor laws trouble for doing what they are doin ? Report them.....they can't fire you either......Good Luck to you......Michigan usa here
