Does anyone know the name of the proper website where you can sell on your tickets at face value and not a touting site? I know there is one which is sort of official but can't remember the name of it. A friends son finds himself unable to go to a concert on Sunday so they need a quick sale.

I'm not sure where he bought it, think it was on-line - he's only 16 and this would have been his first proper gig I think, but he has just realised that it's the same day as the Liverpool match that he has been offered hospitality for - and he has never done that either - lucky boy.

Seatwave might make claims to be "official" but no-one regulates it nor do the check that the tickets are genuine. I wouldn't buy or sell on there.

You can sell on ebay for the face value but don't allow an auction otherwise you're touting.

Best to sell it privately or through Gumtree which is more like a local ads listing.
