Portugal once looked inviting. Westport in Mayo was mooted for a day or two but Kerry won.

Wouldn't leave here now for all the tea in China. :-)

1. Menorca (by a country mile). It's been my dream for about 20 years
2. Dorset where I am but possibly more rural
3. Long way below choice 1 and 2 but back to the countryside in the Canterbury area where I used to live.

We seriously considered the Western Algarve. Menorca is lovely. Been there a lot. Friends had a villa there.

1. Stay put in Norfolk Broads but maybe slightly nearer to a shop and on in a bus route. Small garden but keep the view. Not a lot to ask!
2. A flat with a sea view UK east coast.
3. Ditto in Malaga

If I’m going to make the considerable effort to relocate then the coast is a must. Had the house valued a few years ago with the serious intent of moving to Norfolk, it never happened for various reasons :/
