I tipped over a moped parkrdat the back of a parking space in a Surgery car park. The moped was so placed that I did not have chance of seeing it in my rear view mirror or my side mirrors. I talked to the young lady and explained what had happened and she said that there wassno problem and I was not to worry. She then reported me to the police saying thast there was quite a bit of damage to her moped. What should I do

It is a damage-only accident, exchange insurance details
What have the police said?

Unless she is saying you drove off then they probably won't be interested. She may just have got an incident number for the insurance?
shouldnt lose any sleep over it but i have to say where the moped was placed was no excuse for hitting it that could have been a child...
Unless the car park is designated as a public place under the relevant road traffic laws, the Police would not get involved.
How do you know she reported you to the Police? Does she know you, i.e. your name and address? Have the Police contacted you?
You do not say how much, if any, damage you caused to the moped and whether or not you inspected it in company with its owner? How do you know that "the young lady" as you call her is its owner?
No one here will be able to give you a satisfacory answer unless you provide more details, I'm afraid.
