Written off more than once
If my car was owned previously and was written off due to a rear end shunt, but the owner kept it on the road (re-mot'd) it etc,.... and then I get it written off again due to a break in, but keep it on the road.. Will I still be due my money up to the value of what theythink my car is worth?
