Temporarily Car Insurance

My 19yr old daughter is coming home for summer fron uni and I would like to insure her to drive our car.
What company offer the cheapest cover for car insurance for 3 weeks only. For drivers who have been driving for just over 1 year.

Give your insurer a call, see what they will charge to add her to your insurance for a few weeks. My insurance didn't charge me anything to do the same a few years ago

You could try Tempcover tel: [phone], or as suggested you could contact your own insurer which I did for our son, a few years ago now. I was definitely charged, something like £20. After doing this a few times I asked how much it would cost to put him on permanently and decided to do that. He was a bit older. Than your daughter

Confused.com is a well-known and respected comparison site and you can use it for temporary insurance cover if you don't want to add her to your existing policy

Thank you confused .com was the cheapest quote. We had tried our insurance and for the price they quoted was too much as it’s in the middle of the policy.
If we add her on when new policy starts it’s cheaper.
