People with poor judgement, in my humble opinion.
Apparently the Christian Legal Centre have been helping.
Interesting question sqad, I hadn’t even thought about that, . Obviously not the family , court/ legal fees are horrendous.
is legal aid still available?
minors used to get legal aid, because their income was nil ( so they always qualified) but that was about 5 rule changes ago

They may have got someone to pay ( 'maintain' the case - but you may get dinged for the WHOLE cost if you do that)

As no one can understand what I write - he has hung on for far longer than he should have - those brain dead, Jennett found in a long series, the heart stopped within 10 d no matter what. This has nt occurred - implying......

In the current case, they are not able to do formal tests as the efferent loop has been disrupted ( nerves out - damaged) in the reflex arcs.

I agree with the staff, moving him would kill him ( if he were not dead already).

a good demo that the courts are NOT the place to decide these things
