Hi,

I have always been a clumsy person but this seems to have increased within the last few years. My husband finds my clumsiness extremely irritating and I get very angry with myself.

My hand - eye coordination is not great and I find it hard to retain information I have read. I would also say that I don't possess a great deal of common sense.

I am 28 years old by the way. I don't smoke or drink. Could this be anything and is there something I can do to improve all of the above?

TIA

Aged 28yrs old, increased clumsiness, deteriorating hand eye coordination and although you do not mention any speech problems, that would be enough to convince me that you need to see a Neurologist.

See your GP for his opinion.
